Southern Macaroni&Cheese :)

This is my FAVORITE MacNCheese recipe- my grandmother from Virginia gave it to me and I have been the designated macaroni&cheese maker for every holiday. It isn't the healthiest recipe- but it is totally worth the calories! :)

Ingredients: 
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 0.5 lbs of cheese cubes (Can be either sharp or medium)
- 1 lb. of shredded cheese (I prefer tillamook medium- but sharp works as well).
- 4 cups of evaporated milk (2% can be used- but it is better with evaporated milk!)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbs flour
- 3 Tbsp of butter
- 3/4 shredded parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Paprika (to sprinkle on the top before baking)

Directions:   
Preheat oven to 350
- Boil noodles according to the directions on their box
- Cut up the cheese cubes & Slice the cheese-- Set aside
- In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and flour-- set aside
- Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan
- Pour the noodles on top of the melted butter
- Add salt & pepper if desired
- Spread the cheese cubes evenly on top of the noodles
- Pour the milk mixture over the noodles and cheese cubes
- Spread the shredded cheese on top
- Spread the parmesan cheese & sprinkle paprika on the top
- Bake for 50 minutes- 1 hour
